Our food menu is expertly hand-crafted by our in-house Executive Chef John Wayne Shaw, a culinary veteran with 27 years of experience, who began his journey right here in Stephenville. Chef John has since earned acclaim by opening award-winning restaurants and shaping the next generation of chefs at the top-ranked Auguste Escoffier School of the Culinary Arts, where he also authored the curriculum on barbecuing and baking. His renowned burgers and brisket have garnered numerous awards on regional, state, and national levels, ensuring every dish we serve is made with exceptional skill and passion.
